Q: I recently purchased a piece of furniture for my bedroom but the color does not match the rest of the furniture in my room. Is this something that Furniture Medic can help me with?
A: Yes, Furniture Medic specializes in color changes. It is generally easier to take a light piece to a darker shade. However, we do have processes that allow us to take darker shades to lighter options as well.
Q: How long will the repair take? Will I be without my piece of furniture for an extended time?
A: Furniture Medic attempts to do many of the repairs in the customer’s home which reduces the turnaround time. However, sometimes the damage is too great and an item must be taken back to the shop for repair. At this time, Furniture Medic will give you an estimate of how long you can expect to wait.
Q: How can I get an estimate?
A: There are 2 ways to get an estimate:
- We’d be happy to look at photographs of the damage and give you a free price range for the repairs. Please email 2-3 pictures of each piece to email@example.com (photos of the entire piece and then photos of any damage up close).
- If you are unable to send photographs we charge $75+tax for onsite visits, which we waive if you move forward with repairs.
