ALTHOUGH EVERY MORTISE AND TENON JOINT WAS LOOSE AND THE TOP HAD WARPED AND BUSTED AWAY FROM THE LEG BASE. WE WERE ABLE TO STABILIZE THE TABLE WITH SOME HIDDEN HARDWEAR, THEN THE WOOD WAS HAND SANDED, STAINED AND TOPCAOTED WITH A SATIN SHEEN.

Mark Ryan restored our wash stand to a beautiful condition, reducing the water ring on its surface, sanding down and then staining with a light stain that surprisingly brought out the deep reds in the wood. We are proud to own this piece of furniture that my parents had purchased decades ago from an antique dealer and used as a workhorse piece. Mark also made short work of some emergency repairs we needed on our bed frame and an old Scan sofa frame and footstool. I would highly recommend Mark Ryan for your restoration and repair needs.
